  Had Steven come out to fix a blocked drain, have to say he is one of the most down to earth, honest, hard working blokes I have ever met. Especially for a plumber! He was so easy to talk to! He did extra little things like even show me a map of the pipework for my property that I would have had no idea about and explained everything.

  Always helpful let me know about after hour and weekend rates which were reasonable . Got him in to do a drain clean and did a great job . Hot water service broke down on a Saturday afternoon gave him a ring and he was good enough to come out on Sunday mid morning to replace it . Had to pay a bit more for the Sunday but didn't mind because we had hot water again and he was good enough to come out on his day off.

  These negative comments must be from competitors or those people that are impossible to please because there is seriously no way someone can have an issue with this guy. I've had many tradies do jobs for me over the years but never had one so easy to talk to and upfront about everything. I cant recommend Steven enough, if you need a plumber you would be mad not to call him!

  Got totally ripped off, hot water service wasn't working after power outage. He was here less than an hour and replaced thermostat and element and charged $480. Thought it was too dear so priced parts at Reece plumbing both under $50 retail, so he would have got them much cheaper. Got two other quotes that said would have done it for $220. Hit him up about it, he said he would refund $100, I agreed and he got in his van and left. No refund no satisfaction,check rates and prices first!,
